My name is Amber and I am the founder of Happy Birth Day Hypnobirthing.
When I was pregnant with my first little boy, I was lucky enough to discover hypnobirthing and it completely transformed the way I viewed birth! I went from feeling a little apprehensive and uninformed to feeling full of knowledge and in control!
I absolutely love teaching my clients the tools and techniques to help them feel calm, relaxed and knowledgeable about their upcoming births!
I always ensure the birth partner feels just as prepared too as I know this made the biggest difference to both my births!
